Your task, as a group of 2-4: Create a mobile or web app - using any software you’d like - to solve a healthcare problem we face today. If you wish to include a hardware component, you may put together a rough prototype for demonstration purposes. Then, create a short slide deck about your creation to present live to our panel of judges accomplished in business, technology, and medicine. You will be judged on technical skill, business potential, and your presentation. A complete submission includes a code upload OR link to repository, slide deck, and live presentation. The past two years have taught everyone what it's like to live in a pandemic - this award will be given to the team that best creates a way to make pandemic life better, healthier, and easier.

Best Mental Health Hack

Mental health awareness is on the rise right now, and technology can make a huge difference. This award will be given to the team best addressing mental health issues & wellness.

Best Global Health Hack

Global health issues impact every corner of the globe. This award will be given to the team best identifying and serving a global health need.

Best Access to Healthcare Hack

Access to healthcare remains one of the most divisive and complex landscapes in American society today. This award will be given to the team best bridging the gap between adequate healthcare and the underserved.

Best Chronic Disease Hack

40% of the American population suffers from chronic diseases, 80 million of whom are affected by multiple. This award will be given to the team best addressing needs surrounding patients affected by chronic disease.

Best Health Policy Hack

Along with doctors, health economists and policy makers do important work to shape the laws and policies surrounding healthcare in this country. This award will be given to the team with the greatest potential impact in the health policy sphere.

Best Hack for Front-Line Workers & Healthcare Providers

The role of front line workers and healthcare providers has only been increasing in importance in the past few years. They do essential work that can be incredibly demanding at all times. This award will be given to the team best serving the interests of front line workers and healthcare providers.
